The emphasis is on safe alignment of postures, combining strength and flexibility, modifying the practice to suite your level of practice. Rae will also combine restorative, yin yoga, partner yoga & Thai massage stretches into some of the classes. Each session will lead into a daily focus such as hip and shoulder openers, back bends and forward folds, and more.

Healthy eating is not about strict dietary limitations, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it's about feeling great, having more energy, improving your health, and boosting your mood. The cornerstone of a healthy diet should be to replace processed food with REAL FOOD whenever possible. Eating food that is as close as possible to the way nature made it can make a huge difference to the way you think, look and feel.

Rae
Instructor & Artist
Rae began her practice in London, England in 1986 and after moving back to Los Angeles became a certified instructor in 1994 and began her journey teaching Yoga full time throughout the LA area.
Combining her love of teaching yoga and travel, she set out for S.E. Asia, Malaysia and Thailand where she became certified in Thai massage, 2005.
While visiting Bali, She donated some time to teaching locals.
Rae currently teaches yoga in the Los Angeles area.
Rae is also an artist and jewelry designer.
